[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Laboratory Support Coordinator to join a dynamic team in the Newcastle Region, UK. This is a fully onsite role offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced biomedical scientist or application support scientist to provide technical service cover and customer support for pathology laboratory solutions.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide laboratory scientist training and troubleshooting support.
• Deliver effective customer support and coordinate issue resolution onsite.
• Attend customer review meetings and build strong customer relationships.
• Support the implementation of installation projects, system modifications, and troubleshooting investigations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of the medical diagnostics industry with experience in hospital laboratories or diagnostics solution providers.
• Proven ability to implement best-in-class laboratory practices and troubleshoot effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and plan work schedules autonomously.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
• Commitment to maintaining technical knowledge and building strong customer relationships.
