Trainee Fish Preparation Operative - Nights

Location: Market House, Hopkinson Way, Portway Business Park, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3ZE

Salary: £TBC

Job Type: Permanent

Schedule: Your hours will be Monday - Friday working 8.00pm till 5.00am with one half hour unpaid break.

The Role: To process orders taken by our sales team and prepare fish accurately to customer requirements. Cut, trim, fillet skin and portions fish using prep knives and other powered equipment

The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a candidate with a solid work ethic. Physically fit and happy to be on the move throughout your shift. Attention to detail - you know the small things make a bid difference to our customers.

Qualifications Needed: Full training provided.
