Salary: £26,936 FTE.
Job Type: Part time
Schedule: Sunday - 2.00pm - 10.00 pm and various shifts Monday - Friday 6.00pm - 10.00 pm

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent telephone etiquette, have strong communication and organising skills with a passion for selling. An eye for detail and accuracy with the ability to work on own initiative and be a part of a team. This role involves handling customer enquiries, inputting/processing customer orders using our in house system, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service, to upsell products to increase sales on supplier focus days and in house daily/weekly focuses - Maintain customer records and update information when needed - Process customer orders via phone and web based platform.
