  • Monitoring expiring or expired documents using reporting tools and working with document owners to keep content current and accurate
  • Liaising with IT to support document imports and explore opportunities to improve systems, processes, and automation
  • Acting as a point of contact for colleagues across the business by providing guidance on navigating Site Key Documents and applying best‑practice document management

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams across the organisation — often with different priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A proactive, improvement‑focused mindset and a willingness to support the adoption of good documentation practices across the business

This is an office-based role in our Operations Centre. However, once you are able to work independently, there are flexible working options are available up to a maximum of two days per week at home.
