Civils Operator

What you'll do

The role of Civils Operator involves a balance of working self-sufficiently and as part of a team. Our Sewer Renovation team not only repairs and maintains all of the wastewater network, but they also investigate groundwater infiltration and carry out remedial work to protect the environment and the quality of the water course.

This position is highly varied and diverse, so there will never be a dull moment. Every day, you will work at different locations to ensure we keep our infrastructure up and running.

What you'll need

You'll have good communication skills and be confident engaging with both customers and colleagues throughout the business, over the phone and face to face. It would be great if you have an understanding of sewer networks, but don't worry if not, as we'll train you.

This is a regional role working all over the [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] region. You may occasionally be required to work outside normal working hours, along with an occasional night away.

The most important thing is your attitude and that you're not afraid of hard work.
