What you'll do

As a Transformation Stategy Lead, you will help to develop an integrated, group-wide transformation strategy and ensure its effective delivery across all functional workstreams.

Working across our transformation programme, you will:

  • contribute to the development of our Group Transformation Strategy, including drafting and refining strategic content
  • analyse information from a range of sources – feedback from colleagues, performance metrics, company processes – to identify problem areas and improvement opportunities
  • identify, manage and mitigate cross‑functional dependencies and risks
  • engage colleagues through focus groups, drop-in sessions and structured feedback mechanisms to inform Transformation activity
  • work closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities, maintain momentum and ensure cohesive delivery of transformation initiatives
  • produce key documents to support our Transformation programme including plans, progress reports and updates to senior leaders.

What you'll need

Strong planning, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.

A pro-active, delivery-focused mindset.

Proven experience in strategy or policy development. (desirable)

Solid understanding of change delivery methodologies and frameworks. (desirable)
