FULL DESCRIPTION

Are you a positive individual with excellent organisational and time management skills? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Scheduling team.

What you'll do

As a key team player, you will be required to:

  • deliver excellent customer service by ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPI) and performance targets are achieved through effective scheduling
  • satisfy all customer needs by achieving target times and adhering to customer service standards
  • ensure that relevant field staff have been scheduled a full day's work, which is planned and organised to obtain the best possible efficiencies
  • ensure incidents are compliant, within the targets set to meet all KPIs to minimise unwanted calls and ensure transparency throughout our business
  • be a proactive scheduler to give site teams the best opportunity for a first-time visit and fix
  • monitor the scheduling workload to reduce the backlog of out-of-date work and proactively manage jobs that are delayed through outside influence
  • avoid customer call back by proactively calling in response to our customers' expectations
  • mobilise and drive for efficient scheduling where required
  • demonstrate flexibility to schedule and plan to accommodate company direction
  • ensure that all jobs have the required information, highlighting gaps and driving for improvements where necessary
  • ensure the team provides good information back into corporate systems and work with the Area Controller to ensure compliance is upheld
  • provide the required technical knowledge for the scheduling function
  • generate effective team working relationships with other schedulers, field-based staff and their managers and supervisors
  • assist other Task Controllers when required to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operational tasks.

What you'll need

Effective teamwork skills, enabling you to work in a scheduling office environment with other operational staff.
Excellent communication, planning and organising, including the ability to plan and organise self and others.
Concern for quality and the drive to deliver excellent quality work that consistently meets standards.
The ability to work under pressure and effectively resolve issues at times of high frustration.
Performance management skills so that you can achieve targeted results.
The ability to work under strict processes and procedures.
The ability to multi-task and work successfully under pressure.
