[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive digital marketing efforts for the Aviva Arena and the [Employer hidden] Entertainment District. The role involves executing digital marketing strategies across various channels, managing campaigns, and collaborating with internal and external teams to create engaging content and enhance the fan experience.
What you'll do
Joining a growing marketing team, with the support of the YTL Group marketing, communications and digital departments, you'll execute and have creative input into the digital marketing activity for [Employer hidden], and the [Employer hidden] Entertainment District, including the upcoming Aviva Arena.
Reporting into the Head of Brand and Communications, within the Partnerships Team, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, communications, operations, event programming, and technology teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences and campaigns.
Other duties include:
- executing the digital marketing strategy across our website, email, social media, and digital advertising channels, with a focus on Aviva Arena and Premium Hospitality to drive awareness, engagement, ticket sales, and visitor experience
- developing and managing tactical digital campaign plans with the Head of Brand and Communications for major announcements, premium hospitality sales, and always‑on activity (social, paid social, display, PPC, retargeting)
- delivering against clear KPIs and reporting frameworks across paid, owned, and earned channels
- oversee daily community management, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer queries and comments
- partner with data, digital, and technology teams to enhance CRM journeys and personalise communications across email
- managing website updates and improvements with the YTL Group digital team across Aviva Arena and [Employer hidden] sites
- using analytics with the Data Analyst to monitor behaviour and sentiment, identify improvements, and enhance UX/UI across all channels
- collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to produce impactful creative assets, video content, and brand‑aligned storytelling
- working with YTL Construction, YTL Developments, and YTL Group teams to coordinate and share content across the wider development.
What you'll need
Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within entertainment, live events, sport, hospitality, leisure, culture, or similar consumer-led sectors.
Knowledge of digital strategy, paid media, analytics, and content marketing.
Hands‑on experience with major platforms: Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, email/CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Ability to brief, manage, and collaborate with creative and media agencies.
Excellent communication skills and a flair for compelling digital storytelling.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
A passion for live entertainment and creating unforgettable digital fan experiences.
