We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] team our close-knit team of 5 that looks after the corporate office services at our Client's London office, based on Fenchurch Street. You will have the opportunity to work in a very diverse, fast changing role where no day is the same.
Job Introduction
We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our [Employer hidden] team our close-knit team of 5 that looks after the corporate office services at our Client's London office, based on Fenchurch Street. We celebrate every birthday and do a lot of team building events with the wider team on site. There is staff lunch provided every day for free.
The client is an International Insurance Firm in the City. You will have the opportunity to work in a very diverse, fast changing role where no day is the same.
This is a permanent full time role (40 hours per week) with shifts between 8am to 5pm.
Role Responsibility
- Deliver excellent guest service and welcome.
- Check-in external guests and issue access passes.
- Assist internal guests with their queries.
- Good knowledge of the building and area, to escort guests or give directions when needed.
- Good knowledge of ongoing events and ensure smooth process for the arrivals
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a similar corporate role. We are looking for someone who has and outgoing personality that can adapt to different profiles of colleagues, who is calm and friendly but with leaving a mark of genuine hospitality and going the extra mile.
- Good presentation as face of the building
- Good communication skills
- Able to multitask
- Team work is important but should be able to work alone too
- Passion for providing good service and for creating amazing client relationships
