Guest Service Ambassador (OLGSA)

The Guest Service Ambassador will provide excellent service to clients and customers, handling Reception services, Reservations, Building Services and Events support. The role is based in London, with a focus on providing a fun and quirky environment.

Job Introduction

We are hiring a Guest Service Ambassador****to provide excellent service to clients and customers.

The Guest Services Ambassador will be responsible for different parts of the business including Reception services, Reservations, Building Services and Events support. A successful candidate will be mainly positioned in one area however he will be required to rotate subject to business needs.

Our client is a global media, marketing, and corporate communications company where not a single day is the same! It is a fun and quirky environment and the building is based in the heart of London, at a ten minutes walk from London Bridge. The location has great transport links, incredible food and beverage places, offering a great variety of choices. The [Employer hidden] Reception Team is responsible for all Ground Floor and Conference Floor Receptions across the client campus.

40hrs per week, Mon- Fri, usual working hours may be anytime between 07:30-18:00. Flexibility of hours is required to ensure coverage of high level events if support is required

Role Responsibility

  • Be a superstar providing Reception Services both in ground floors and client floors receptions.
  • Proactively deal with queries, requests and communicate effectively with other service providers.
  • Complete reports on a timely manner.
  • Support Call Services
  • Be ready to deal with last minute requests in a busy environment

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, expert communication, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to think outside the box and great attention to detail
  • Open minded and prepared to expand knowledge in different departments
  • Reception and call services experience is ideal
