We are looking for a Receptionist - Dedicated Cover to join our amazing team based at various sites in London such as our offices at Farringdon, Fenchurch Street and Soho. You will get to work at these fantastic locations and will be an integrate part of our close-knit teams. Job Introduction

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate [Employer hidden] with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

This is a 40 hours per week role, working Monday to Friday with shifts between the core hours of 7.00 am to 7.00 pm.

Role Responsibility

The overall purpose of the job is to provide the highest levels of client care and service to all internal employees, clients and directors, it is an exciting role where no two days are the same.

For this role we are ideally looking for experience in hospitality, but most importantly, we are looking for a candidate with a passion for providing service.

The role will entail:

  • Providing cover to several locations across London including office, reception and floor management
  • Meeting and greeting clients, customers and visitors
  • Reporting of all facilities related issues including health and safety

The candidate needs to have flexibility in shift patterns and office location and be able to adjust, depending on last minute business needs
