Job Introduction

We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join an outstanding [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] team based in Edinburgh.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate [Employer hidden] with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

*Type of contract:*Full-time, Permanent

*Hours:* 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM, with flexibility to cover evening functions)

*Ideal start date:*October 2025

Main responsibilities

  • Providing excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest standard
  • Making the client’s arrival journey seamless and memorable.
  • Adhering to the [Employer hidden] standards when acknowledging and greeting internal and external clients, guests, and visitors
  • Welcoming and escorting guests to meeting rooms, taking coats and luggage as required
  • Proactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
  • Assisting with separate registration desks for functions and all aspects of event preparation through to successful delivery as required
  • Working collectively with service partners to achieve a one team approach
