We’re looking for an experienced Guest Service Host to join our outstanding [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] team in central London. Our client is a rapidly growing, globally recognised American banking and financial services organisation. This role offers an exciting chance to support a major global-alignment project while delivering an exceptional, hotel-inspired service experience to all key stakeholders.

Job Introduction

We’re looking for an experienced Guest Service Host to join our outstanding [Employer hidden] team in central London. Our client is a rapidly growing, globally recognised American banking and financial services organisation. This role offers an exciting chance to support a major global-alignment project while delivering an exceptional, hotel-inspired service experience to all key stakeholders.

You’ll be joining a collaborative EMEA team of 24 and continuing to expand. Despite being spread across the region, the team works closely together and is eager to welcome a new member. In this role, you’ll be a vital presence on-site, fostering a positive, engaged workplace community, supporting employee satisfaction, and addressing any day-to-day challenges that arise.

*Contract type:* Full-time, Permanent

*Hours:* 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, on a shift rota basis between 8 AM – 5:30 PM)

What the role involves:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to site.
  • Working alongside the team to manage the switchboard.
  • Being involved in staff events from the social aspect to planning and implementing with the office leadership team.
  • Booking and supporting all meetings and events, using our own booking and visitor management systems.
  • Liaising with the catering team regarding all meeting hospitality.
  • Supporting local office team with ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Supporting with access pass control and implementation.

  • Ideally have previous customer service experience in a similar setting (e.g., corporate, luxury hotels or airlines).
