Corporate Hospitality Supervisor (BLCS)

The Club Supervisor is responsible for overall management and coordination of Shared Meeting Rooms and Events Spaces as well as Back of House facilities. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong background in Hospitality to take their first step into the Corporate Industry.

Job Introduction

The Club Supervisor is responsible for overall management and coordination of Shared Meeting Rooms and Events Spaces as well as Back of House facilities. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong background in Hospitality to take their first step into the Corporate Industry.

*Monday to Friday, Flexible working hours, depending on business requirements - we are covering events out of hours as needed*

Role Responsibility

​Responsibilities for this role will include

  • The Club Supervisor is responsible for high level service delivery and coordination of events on the day at, managing team performance, training, assisting the Club Reservations Lead with room bookings, client show arounds, pro-actively assisting Club Manger with projects.
  • You will be the first point of contact for all customers arriving to the Storey Club, providing guests with a warm and professional experience.
  • You will have a high level of customer focus and be able to deal with enquiries and queries in a pro-active and efficient manner ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
  • You will be responsible for room set up in accordance with the Club Manager’s instructions.
  • Assist the Club Manager with the planning and delivery of all aspects relating to events, taking ownership for each task
  • Work in partnership with colleagues and service partners to deliver events successfully
  • You will be responsible for timely delivery of catering items, stocking up F&B consumables, ensuring that customer facing spaces and back of house pantries are kept up to standard
  • Support building team with recycling
  • Follow H&S protocols and guidelines.
