Job Introduction
We are hiring a Executive Services Ambassadorto provide excellent service to clients and customers.
Our client is a global financial services company where not a single day is the same! It is a forward thinking and modern environment and the beautiful new building is based close the Milton Keynes Central Train Station. The [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Team is responsible for the Ground Floor and Executive Floor Receptions as well the internal client floors.
This is a Permanent, Full Time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday shifts between 7am and 7pm.

Role Responsibility
- Provide an excellent service, ensuring both internal and external guests are taken care of to the highest standard and that you are constantly looking for ways to make their experience memorable.
- Give immediate attention to every guest upon arrival and take full ownership of the Executive Floor services throughout the day
- First line contact for Executive Assistants for administrative tasks and support such as printing, photocopying, support managing all travel bookings and logistics, including both national and international agendas
- To have (once trained) a full understanding of the relevant booking systems and technology used on site to support with the guest journey
- Escort guests to their intended destination offering further assistance where needed
- Liaise with ground floor reception team members to ensure the smooth arrival of the EXCO member and their clients/guests
- Provide ongoing service and updates to EXCO clients/guests awaiting the arrival of their host
- Have a full understanding of the building layout to provide an outstanding guide to the details of Guest/Client requests
- Offer first line equipment support to EXCO and Board meetings and liaise with executive IT if further assistance is required.
