Events Coordinator (ACEC)
Join our energetic Events team and play a key role in helping our customers to have the best events planning experience, right from the enquiries stage up to the planning and the event day. The main responsibilities within this role are to assist in the duties of the Events Department, maximising bookings by delivering a delightful, yet efficient booking service.

We are looking for a competent Events Administrator to join our established Events team.
Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am and 6pm – Flexible hours
You will be part of a team of 11 based in London, planning and organising events for London. The client is a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities within this role are to assist in the duties of the Events Department, maximising bookings by delivering a delightful, yet efficient booking service. Our Events Administrators are meticulous at administration ensuring that every detail of a customer’s booking has been accurately recorded following established procedures.

The successful candidate will be a strong reservation background , a great team player and a communicator.

- Ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- High level of attention to detail
