We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] team based in the heart of the City of London. The offices are multi-tenanted and the team rotate between two receptions on the Ground Floor and on the Client floor. This is a Monday to Friday role, 40 hours per week with shifts between 07:30 and 18:00.
Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our [Employer hidden] team based in the heart of the City of London.
Our client's beautiful offices are based near Bank Station. The offices are multi-tenanted and the team rotate between two receptions on the Ground Floor and on the Client floor. The location is very central and across the river from London Bridge station. There is a great working relationship between the team and the client.
The client is a global technology-empowered active investment management firm focused on delivering alpha and portfolio solutions for clients. Headquartered in London, but operate across multiple offices globally.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 40 hours per week with shifts between 07:30 and 18:00.
Main Responsibilities
- Delivering professional high-quality service
- Work efficiently and effectively in order to deliver prompt and reliable service
- Anticipating the needs of both customers of the buildings and the visitors.
- Actioning emails and answering phone calls in a timely manner.
- To ensure an effective and flexible approach at all times.
- This role will also support, when the business requires, other operational areas and be flexible in their approach to any additional requests
