Corporate Receptionist (KPCR)

We are looking for a Frontline ambassador to work as part of a team at this leading audit and accounting firm, delivering award winning service to our clients and their guests. Offering a one-stop-shop service from reservation through to client journey experience. Job Introduction

We are looking for a Frontline ambassador to work as part of a team at this leading audit and accounting firm, delivering award winning service to our clients and their guests. Offering a one-stop-shop service from reservation through to client journey experience. This is a Permanent Full Time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with shifts between 7am and 7pm.

Role Responsibility

The client Support Services Ambassador will be responsible for Client Services and Reception.

  • Registering guests
  • Ensuring all guests receive a personalised and professional welcome
  • Ensuring all client and guest requirements are exceeded during their visit
  • Working cohesively with other team members and departments to deliver exceptional service
  • Performing meeting room checks and portable equipment delivery

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and will display good verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be confident, innovative, passionate about service, welcoming and someone who loves planning. You will need a minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably within a five star/ corporate background. You need to be energetic, driven and innovative, to achieve the desired service levels for our clients.
