Corporate Receptionist - Leeds

We are offering a competitive salary between £28,000 per year. This is the location where the magic is made in the little details creating that lasting, significant impact for clients and colleagues alike. We are looking for a passionate and engaging colleague to join our award winning, innovative Front of House team at one of our most prestigious client sites in Leeds. The role is 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7 am to 7 pm with flexibility to cover evening functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest standard
  • Stand to greet all guests / visitors, ensure eye contact is made within 10 ft of the reception desk
  • Greet internal and external clients with a smile.
  • Welcome and escort guests to meeting rooms, taking coats and luggage as required.
  • Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
  • Assist with separate registration desks for functions as required.
