Office Coordinator (ACLOC2)

We are looking for two Office Coordinators to join our [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] team based in the City of London. This is a full time permanent role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours, shifts between 7am and 7pm depending on client needs.

This is a full time permanent role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours, shifts between 7am and 7pm depending on client needs

Role Responsibility

  • Giving all visitors and employees a warm and genuine welcome and being the face of the office
  • Assisting the office team with their return to office experience and desk bookings where required
  • Supporting of meetings and events including AV support and set up of catering
  • Working closely with the Office Manager as well as the agency team on various exciting projects and tasks
  • Assisting with all office related tasks including placing orders and restocking of consumables; ensuring that everything is in its place, and the office looks its best at all times
