Job Introduction
We are recruiting an experienced Executive Events Specialist to join an amazing [Employer hidden] team, based in our Client’s offices in London. You will be responsible for leading the Executive Briefing Program, partnering with Account Executives, Industry Leads, Systems Engineers, and Sales Leaders to deliver customer briefings which inspire business transformation and adoption of the Client’s products and ecosystem.
Our client is one of the biggest tech companies in the world specialising in consumer electronics; manufactures and markets mobile communication and media devices, personal computers, and portable digital music players, and sells a variety of related software and online services, headquartered in California, US.
*This is a one year fixed-term contract, 40 hours per week (ideal start date: 2nd of April 2024), working from Monday to Friday as per the client’s needs. The successful candidate will hold the job title of Executive Briefing Specialist, and will work alongside the Reception Manager and reporting directly to the Client.*

Main responsibilities
- Overseeing the engagement, meetings and events space from start to finish
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple executive briefings simultaneously
- Responding to the briefing/event host in a timely manner and following briefing process for each engagement
- Liaising with the respective teams for catering, badging and site access, facilities
- Booking speakers and guiding the host through the agenda, ensuring smooth operations and collating feedback post briefing
- Maintaining sustainable relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborating with the Event and Executive Briefing Centre Coordinator to ensure that logistics are well-managed for each event

- Possess a minimum of two years of experience managing events or briefing centres in a fast-paced environment
- Have self-assurance when interacting with C-suite executives, internal and external VIP clients
- Possess demonstrated communication skills, including the capacity to manage customer service concerns and experience interacting with different organisational levels
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people, creating immediate [Employer hidden] with key stakeholders
- Have a great attention to detail and excellent follow-through; strong administrative, time and prioritisation skills
- Possess a can-do attitude, strong sense of organisation, initiative, flexibility, inventiveness, and resourcefulness as well as the capacity to multitask
