Guest Services Ambassador

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences. Time management is an integral part of this role. The ability to take ownership is key to success and fantastic communication is essential.

  • Type of contract:Full-time, permanent
  • Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7AM - 7 PM with some flexibility as per business needs)
  • Salary:£35,000 per annum

Main responsibilities:

The Guest Services Ambassador is responsible for all ground floor reception and lobby hosting throughout the 40 Leadenhall Receptions, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
