Welcome Host (ACWH)
We are recruiting a Welcome Host to be part of the [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] team, based at our client's office in Fenchurch Street. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences. Time management is an integral part of this role. The ability to take ownership is key to success and fantastic communication is essential.
Main responsibilities
- Providing excellent service to clients and customers arriving to the office, ensuring the Receptionist's duties are carried out to the highest standards
- Directing visitors to the appropriate individual, meeting room, and office as required
- Offering refreshments to all visitors arriving
- Providing accurate information via telephone, email and in person in line with the agreed standards
- Ensuring the Reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations
- Supporting with ad-hoc requests as required by the business
