Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Property Services Scheduler to join our Performance, Planning & Quality Team
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to plan, allocate, and monitor resources in line with service standards and KPIs to support delivery of repairs works efficiently, on time, and to the right quality, ensuring “right first time” delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Allocate and schedule repairs, cyclical, and contractor works to maximise operative productivity, minimise downtime, and ensure diaries are full, with contingency work available for cancellations.
- Monitor progress of all works, rescheduling as needed, ensuring follow-on jobs are booked promptly, and projects are completed to time, cost, and quality standards.
- Accurately record job details, materials, certificates, and contractor information in Raven’s housing management and scheduling systems (IPC), acting as system “super-user” to improve data integrity and reporting.
- Work closely with inspectors, team leaders, trades staff, and customer services to ensure accurate job scoping, coding, and prioritisation. Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process and system enhancements.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Experience of taking responsibility for team delivery, KPIs, contract administration and legal compliance records.
- Preferably experience of successfully using resource scheduling systems (e.g. Opti-time/DRS)
- Skilled at detailed record keeping and data management
