We’re looking for a System and Process Lead to join our Property Services team — a key role focused on enabling operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across the service.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our teams have the tools, knowledge, and processes they need to deliver a high‑quality service. You will:

Act as first‑line support for system issues, triaging queries and helping colleagues find quick, effective solutions.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements, prioritising what delivers the most impact.
Design and deliver training and coaching that builds user confidence and capability.
Keep system documentation and user guides clear, accurate and up to date.
Monitor data quality and compliance, ensuring strong governance and reliable records.
Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

What you’ll bring

Understands how business operations work and how systems can make them better.
Has hands‑on experience using CRM or business systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics).
Can design and deliver engaging training materials and workshops.
