We’re looking for a System and Process Lead to join our Property Services team — a key role focused on enabling operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across the service.
What you’ll be doing

- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements, prioritising what delivers the most impact.
- Design and deliver training and coaching that builds user confidence and capability.
- Keep system documentation and user guides clear, accurate and up to date.
- Monitor data quality and compliance, ensuring strong governance and reliable records.
- Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
What you’ll bring

- Understands how business operations work and how systems can make them better.
- Has hands‑on experience using CRM or business systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics).
