Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Estates Services Contract Officer (Grounds Maintenance) to join our Estates Management Team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to support efficient, value-for-money, customer-focused procurement and contract management activities across estate services, with particular focus on Grounds maintenance, Trees, Cleaning, and Window cleaning; routinely liaising with customers and colleagues to enable effective monitoring of contract performance, gather feedback, and implement actions to maximise customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support delivery of high-quality estate services by contributing to the achievement of service KPIs, working within budget, and demonstrating value for money across grounds maintenance and facilities contracts.
  • Ensure compliance and timely delivery by monitoring contractors’ adherence to health and safety legislation and ensuring that all works are scheduled, coordinated, and completed within agreed timescales and budgets
  • Administer contract processes effectively, including issuing work orders and variations, monitoring contractor performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and value.
  • Monitor and drive service standards by inspecting [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] estates to assess the quality and performance of grounds maintenance, window cleaning, and estate cleaning services, reporting findings and improvement needs to the Estates Manager.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Knowledge & experience of Grounds Maintenance and Estates Services
  • Knowledge & experience of contractor management including Health & Safety management
  • Proven Inspection and Work Scheduling skills
  • Contract Law knowledge
