Job Description

As the Commercial AV Success Specialist, you will drive the success of our AV campaigns by providing the high-level insights that win pitches and the expert project management that delivers results. You will take ownership of the operational lifecycle for "Originals" formats, ensuring every campaign exceeds client expectations through data-driven optimization and seamless stakeholder coordination.

Your team:

This role sits within our Customer Success department and will be the operational and delivery heartbeat of our multimedia strategy, working across world-class brands including The Sun and The Times. Reporting to the Customer Success Lead, this team acts as the vital bridge between Commercial Sales, the Video Production Studio, and Editorial Audience teams to ensure our video series and "Originals" formats are data-backed and flawlessly executed.

Your role:

As the Commercial AV Success Specialist, you will drive the success of our AV campaigns by providing the high-level insights that win pitches and the expert project management that delivers results. You will take ownership of the operational lifecycle for "Originals" formats, ensuring every campaign exceeds client expectations through data-driven optimization and seamless stakeholder coordination.

Day to day you will:

  • Produce weekly and campaign-specific reports focusing on engagement, dwell time, and demographic breakdowns.
  • Empower the Sales team with up-to-date audience insights and channel-level data for new show launches and pitches.
  • Monitor live campaigns to identify performance trends and provide real-time optimization to meet client KPIs.
  • Build high-impact post-campaign analyses in collaboration with Studio and Digital Account Management to secure future renewals.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign timelines from the initial brief to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Video Production to ensure client assets and production schedules are met.
  • Oversee the distribution of video and audio assets to internal teams for social amplification.
  • Resolve day-to-day production blockers to ensure operational excellence across the department.

  • Expert understanding of audio and video metrics across web and social platforms such as YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Experience building audience dashboards and reporting templates that transform raw numbers into compelling commercial stories.
  • Experience managing complex timelines and multi-disciplinary stakeholders with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance the needs of an editorial audience with commercial objectives to satisfy all stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Salesforce, and social analytics tools to drive data-led decision making.
