FULL DESCRIPTION

We are interested in speaking with experienced Family Law Partners who enjoy leading people as much as leading cases and who want to play a meaningful role in shaping the direction of a firm. The role is based across our London offices. This is a senior position with a strong leadership focus. Alongside managing your own caseload and meeting (and exceeding) fee targets, you’ll be a visible leader within the practice — setting standards, supporting colleagues, and helping to build a positive, high-performing team. You’ll be involved in planning and attending partnership and strategy meetings, contributing ideas, and helping turn them into action.
