The opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Executive to help scale our outbound new business activity.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, spotting opportunities and starting conversations with the right people.
You’ll be responsible for identifying organisations that are a strong fit for Reboot and engaging senior marketing leaders through thoughtful, targeted outreach that leads to qualified meetings for our Growth team.
Reboot works with well-known global brands across sectors including finance, tech and consumer platforms, and is known for pushing the boundaries of organic search through experiments, research and innovation in SEO, Digital PR and AI search.
This is a fully remote role, which means we’re looking for someone who is organised, self-motivated and comfortable structuring their own time. Success in this role comes from curiosity, persistence and the ability to run focused outreach campaigns without constant supervision.
Reboot’s outbound approach focuses on value-led conversations, using insights, experiments and industry research to open meaningful discussions with potential partners.

Key objective
To help grow Reboot’s new business pipeline by identifying high-quality prospects and opening conversations with organisations that are a strong fit for our services.
Through targeted research, thoughtful outreach and value-led messaging, you will book qualified meetings for the Growth team and contribute to the agency’s continued growth.
Core responsibilities
- Research industries, companies and marketing trends to identify organisations that are a strong fit for Reboot
- Build highly targeted outbound contact lists using tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Run outbound campaigns through platforms such as HubSpot, Lemlist and LinkedIn
- Write personalised outreach messages and sequences designed to start meaningful conversations
- Use Reboot’s research, experiments and thought leadership to add value to outreach
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the Growth Director and wider Growth team
- Maintain organised prospect pipelines and campaign tracking within HubSpot
- Contribute ideas for new outreach campaigns, reports and ways to engage potential clients
- Support preparation for industry events, webinars and roundtables that help generate pipeline
- Occasionally attend industry events and conferences to build knowledge and expand your network
About you
You enjoy opening doors and starting conversations.
You’re organised, curious and proactive, and you enjoy researching industries, identifying opportunities and connecting with the right people.
You likely bring:
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation or business development
- Confidence reaching out to senior marketing stakeholders
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft personalised outreach
- Experience using CRM and outreach tools such as HubSpot, Lemlist, Apollo or similar platforms
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and professional persistence when building new relationships
