Client Support Executive

Objective of the Role

As a Client Support Executive, you will be a customer-centric professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to our business success.

Main Duties

Working with our existing and new customer base to provide best-in-class customer service whilst looking for growth opportunities in line with our commercial vision and organic growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Demonstrate excellent customer service and sales skills, placing the customer at the heart of every interaction.
  • • Making customer calls and using all other company communication channels to support positive relationship building, ongoing service delivery, account growth and prospecting activities in line with agreed KPIs.
  • • Utilising the in-the-house CRM system to effectively log client interactions daily.
  • • Working collaboratively with your local team to ensure client retention is maintained throughout your allocated region and in line with KPIs.
  • • Looking for growth opportunities within the existing client base, selling new waste streams and allied services and increasing revenue generation.
  • • Creating quotations in line with the company's quality standards, whilst ensuring effective and efficient customer service.
  • • Liaise with the operations and technical team through the enquiry lifecycle to ensure the proposal and delivery meet both the customer and business requirements.
  • • Supporting the finance team with invoice queries and payment resolutions.
  • • Supporting and mentoring members of the team internal sales team.

Competencies & Personal Specification

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • • Experience in account management, client support and telesales roles.
  • • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • • Experience in prospecting for new customers.
  • • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • • Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced work environment.
  • • GCSE qualifications or equivalent.
  • • Experience in using a CRM system.
  • • SAP ERP system experience - advantageous.
