FULL DESCRIPTION

Sales Administration Manager

The Sales Administration Manager provides strategic leadership to the sales department, overseeing administrative workflows and identifying new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the Sales Supervisor and wider administration team, providing direct guidance, support, and professional training.
  • Business Development: Analyze product inquiries to formulate new business ideas, such as expanding into professional barbering equipment (e.g., barber knives), to increase market share.
  • Operations & Collaboration: Work closely with the Purchasing Manager to align stock procurement with sales forecasts and customer demand.
  • Data & Sales Management: Oversee the processing of sales orders and maintain accurate records of inventory, customer data, and financial transactions.
  • Customer Excellence: Act as the final point of escalation for complex customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining the company’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Person Specification

  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree level qualification is required. (Note: The employee holds a Level 7 Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and an M.Com) .
  • Language Skills (Essential): Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu are required to effectively support and tackle the local Urdu-speaking community.
  • Language Skills (Desirable): An understanding of any Gujarati or African language is a significant advantage for expanding market reach.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office is essential for high-level sales reporting and data management.
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial or administrative management is required.
