We’re looking for a hands‑on People Integration & Onboarding Manager to support the delivery of people integration following acquisitions.
This role exists to provide practical execution ownership within a small People team during a period of high acquisition activity. It’s a delivery‑focused role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail while owning outcomes.
You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of people onboarding and integration activity for employees joining the Group via acquisition. This includes ensuring employees are set up accurately, supported through transition, and integrated into Redsquid’s systems, culture and ways of working. Strategic people integration ownership and long‑term HR relationships sit with the People leadership team.
