The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Redsquid’s digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role focuses on increasing online visibility, improving website traffic, and maximizing conversions through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media channels.

Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure measurable results.

Need to do

Execute Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Implement the digital marketing plan aligned with Redsquid’s business goals. 
  • Manage paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), email, and social media. 

SEO & Website Optimisation

  • Improve website rankings through keyword research, content optimisation, and technical SEO. 
  • Ensure website performance, UX, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies are in place. 

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Drive MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) through targeted campaigns and paid media. 
  • Track, measure, and optimise lead generation efforts to improve ROI. 

Content & Social Media Management

  • Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, case studies, email newsletters, and video content. 

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media insights. 
  • Provide monthly reports and insights to refine marketing strategies. 

Marketing Automation & CRM Management

  • Utilise HubSpot to automate workflows, nurture leads, and improve sales-marketing alignment. 
  • Optimise email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversions. 

Paid Media & PPC Strategy

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns. 
  • Manage ad spend to ensure maximum ROI. 

Skills and Experience required as a Digital Marketing Manager

Minimum 5 Years in Digital Marketing 

  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, content, and social media) 
  • WordPress 
  • Social media advertising

SEO & Website Optimisation 

  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies. 
  • Experience in using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools for tracking performance. 

Lead Generation & CRM (HubSpot Experience Preferred)

  • Experience in lead nurturing strategies and marketing automation. 
  • Knowledge of HubSpot (or similar CRM tools) for lead tracking and reporting.

Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

  • Experience in email segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to improve engagement. 
  • Knowledge of GDPR compliance and best practices for email marketing.

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms. 
  • Ability to manage ad budgets and optimise campaigns for lead generation & ROI.

Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the technology, IT, or managed services sector. 

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

Master’s Degree (Optional) in Digital Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics
