As our Telemarketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a small team of telemarketing executives, as well as being responsible for making your own outbound calls. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, motivating the team, and ensuring they provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company sales strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Making outbound sales calls
  • Booking qualified meetings for our sales team
  • Building your own sales pipeline
  • Keeping CRM up to date at all times
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing around product campaigns
  • Making outbound sales calls (50%)
  • Leading & supervising the team, providing training
  • Ensuring CRM is kept up to date, and reporting (50%)

Skills And Experience Required As A Telemarketing Team Leader

  • At least 2 years of telemarketing experience – essential
  • Experience of supervising or managing a team – beneficial
  • Goal oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools
  • Motivational approach to sales and team leadership
