An exciting role has come up at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] for a Paid Media Manager. This is a new role that sits within the Performance Marketing team at REFY. The Paid Media Manager will lead our Paid Social strategy across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snap and Pinterest, while also overseeing PPC (Paid Search), Affiliate and Display activity to ensure a cohesive and high-performing paid media ecosystem.
This role will identify opportunities to optimise our current setup and scale campaigns globally, with Paid Social as the primary focus.
We are looking for a passionate Paid Media Manager to join the [Employer hidden] team to own paid media campaign strategy, execution and optimisation. We want someone highly analytical who can measure and report on Paid Social performance against targets, while also bringing a creative mindset to ensure on-brand, best-in-class creative and copy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ownership of all Paid Social campaigns across key social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest) including targeting, budget optimisation, creative execution and overall performance to meet channel targets
- Oversee and manage PPC (Paid Search), Affiliate and Display activity, ensuring alignment with wider Paid Social strategy and overall performance goals
- Constantly analyse campaign, ad set and creative performance to extract key insights, inform optimisations and provide clear recommendations
- Work across all territories to identify the strongest localised creative and targeting strategies, with a strong focus on scaling the US strategy alongside UK, EU & ME
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, communicating key highlights, learnings and strategic recommendations to the wider team and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Creative team to generate new ideas and innovative approaches for Paid Social campaigns
- Build strong relationships with the wider Marketing team to ensure consistent campaign messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Keep up to date with industry trends and platform advancements, proactively suggesting improvements to our paid media approach
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years’ experience in a Paid Social role with strong platform knowledge across Meta, TikTok, Snap and Pinterest
- Proven experience owning Paid Social campaigns from set-up through to optimisation and scaling
- Working knowledge of PPC (Paid Search), Affiliate and Display channel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategy
- Highly creative with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
