KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive [Employer hidden]’s business objectives, meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Engaging with customers to showcase [Employer hidden] products and provide personalised consultations.
  • Building brand awareness and maintaining relationships with existing clientele.
  • Supporting retail events and activations during peak seasons.
  • Gaining insight into customer service, sales, and brand representation.
  • Ensuring replenishment and stock levels are maintained.
  • Participate in regular product training and growth opportunities at our HQ

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers and team members
  • A passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail environments
  • Demonstrated success in achieving individual sales and KPIs
  • Up to date with social media trends, with a personal presence and understanding of how social media influences beauty retail.
