Senior Program Manager FP&A and AI Systems

In this role, you will…

- Own two critical pillars of our finance function

• The ARR and KPI reporting infrastructure that sits at the heart of our SaaS business
• AI automation agenda that is transforming how our finance team operates

- Ensure our ARR and SaaS metrics are accurate, insightful, and accessible — while simultaneously driving the automation of processes that free up the finance team to focus on higher-value work

- Work at the intersection of revenue analytics, financial systems, and artificial intelligence — with genuine ownership of the FP&A / finance tech stack and the autonomy to drive real change

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

• Own end-to-end ARR reporting — ensuring new ARR, expansion, contraction, churn, and NRR are accurately tracked, reconciled, and reported
• Build and maintain the company's SaaS KPI framework — covering MRR, ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, CAC Payback, and Rule of 40 — with consistent calculations and timely reporting
• Design and maintain AI-powered automations across finance workflows, including ARR reconciliation, KPI reporting, variance commentary, and data consolidation
• Use tools like Vertex AI, Gemini, Claude to build and iterate AI-powered FP&A workflows on our modern cloud infrastructure
• Own and administer the FP&A tech stack: Abacum, BigQuery, and Looker and collaborate with FinOps and RevOps on ERP and CRM systems
• Lead finance systems projects end-to-end — from scoping and vendor management to implementation and change management
• Maintain a roadmap for finance systems and AI tooling, tracking performance and identifying improvements

This position is for you if you have…

• Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and 6–9 years in revenue operations, finance systems, or FP&A — ideally in SaaS or a high-growth tech company
• A strong grasp of core SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and Rule of 40
• Hands-on experience with our core tech stack: NetSuite, Salesforce, Abacum, BigQuery, and Looker
• Experience building AI automations using tools like Vertex AI, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, or similar
• Confidence writing SQL for data extraction and transformation
• An end-to-end understanding of how data flows — from Salesforce through to a Looker dashboard — and the ability to build solutions that hold up at scale
• A genuine AI-first mindset: you're already using AI in your day-to-day finance work, not just experimenting with it
