Head of Engagement

We are advertising for a permanent and full time Head ofEngagement based in our head offices in Fulham, by Putney Bridge, with the post becoming available from May 26 (although for the right candidate this can move to the right).

The Role: As the Head of Engagement you would lead our Engagement and Communication team to reinforce a positive environment with London employers and community stakeholders in order to promote MOD’s ‘People Agenda’ in supporting London based Reserves and Cadet Forces. The appointment calls for a probationary period of six months, after the satisfactory completion of which it will become permanent.

Salary: The post attracts a salary of £50,510 p/a plus £3,300 London Allowance (total £53,810) which is subject to review in August 26, and a highly competitive Pension scheme, as well as a number of additional benefits as per the Recruitment Pack.
