About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Case Manager / Administrator to join our growing team at our Head Office in Chorley. As we embark on the next exciting phase of our expansion, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with prior mortgage experience to provide vital administrative support to our advisers.
This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate client records.
- Provide dedicated and comprehensive administrative support to mortgage advisers.
- Liaise with lenders and solicitors to obtain and update case progress.
- Regularly update clients and introducers on case status.
- Ensure that all new business is processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a mortgage administration or case management role is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients, advisers, solicitors, and lenders.
- Tech-savvy; you’re comfortable navigating modern systems and digital platforms, and particularly proficient using Word and Excel
