[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] deployed Workday in 2012 as an early adopter and is currently being used in 10 countries. Following a reconfiguration of our existing team, we are building our HR Technology team to support the next stage of our growth and scale journey.

We are looking for a Global HRIS Solutions Manager (12 months) that will deliver business critical Workday implementation and optimisation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on configuration design and development for Workday based initiatives: Data Structures, Business Processes, security role design, module specific configuration etc.
  • Support key Workday clients and other HR and IT stakeholders throughout implementation, cutover and support phases of initiatives. 
  • Deliver system enhancements and help manage the cyclical Workday update processes / tenant maintenance processes
  • Lead on implementation / design workshops as and when required
  • Support in test phases by drafting / writing test scripts and using other adjacent toolkits where applicable
  • Create and manage EIB data loading strategies both for roll outs and ‘BAU’ mass data initiatives
  • Build WD reports as per business requirements and in line with data strategy
  • Adheres to agile methodology to provide estimates for features and setting sprint priorities
  • Ensure the Workday system remains SOX audit compliant by following existing processes and raising risks as required

Requirements:

  • Experience of Workday HCM and at least one other module 
  • Experience of deployment of Workday with a service partner OR experience of BAU and Optimisation of Workday product with at least one customer.  
  • Experience of all stages of Workday implementation methodology; Design, Architect, Test and Deploy
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders given the agreed product strategy and plan.
