Deputy Manager (RGN)

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Consulting is working with one of its established not-for-profit elderly care providers in the search for a Clinical Deputy Home Manager (RGN) based in Oxfordshire.

We’re seeking an experienced, RGN-qualified Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to support the Home Manager in the day-to-day leadership of the service and help maintain high standards of clinical care and governance within a values-led organisation that reinvests into care quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
• Providing strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams
• Overseeing audits, medication management, and regulatory compliance
• Supporting staff development through coaching, mentoring, and supervision
• Working with the leadership team to maintain and improve quality outcomes

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• An active UK NMC PIN (RGN)
• Experience within a nursing home environment
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and regulatory standards
• Leadership experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead

The role offers a salary of £55,000 – £60,000, with participation in the on-call rota.
