Key Responsibilities:

Providing strong, visible leadership across all operational aspects of the home
Acting as the Registered Manager, holding full accountability for quality, compliance, and performance
Leading, developing, and supporting a multidisciplinary care and nursing team
Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC
Driving inspection readiness and maintaining strong governance oversight
Embedding a positive, values-led, family-oriented culture focused on person-centred care
Working closely with senior leadership to deliver agreed quality and business objectives

To be considered for this role, you will need:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Registered Home Manager within residential or nursing care
Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN is desirable; strong nursing-home leadership experience is essential
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality frameworks
Proven experience managing medium-sized services
A confident, resilient, hands-on leadership style
