[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Consulting are working with a long-standing not-for-profit elderly care provider in the search for a Home Manager for a large, well-established nursing and residential care home based in Lincolnshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a substantial, well-performing service delivering high-quality care for older people. The home benefits from a stable team and strong operational foundations, with a clear focus on maintaining high standards and continuing to build on the quality already in place.

The successful candidate will provide confident leadership across the home, ensuring strong governance, team development and consistently high-quality care for residents.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing overall operational leadership of the home
• Maintaining strong governance, compliance and regulatory standards
• Leading and developing a large multidisciplinary team
• Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents
• Managing occupancy, staffing and operational performance
• Building strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Previous Home Manager experience within elderly care services
• Experience managing large residential or nursing homes
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance standards
• A confident leadership style with the ability to lead large teams
• A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care

The role offers £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
