Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring full compliance with CQC and clinical governance standards
- Lead and support nursing and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Maintain strong clinical oversight, including audits, medication management, and risk management
- Drive occupancy, performance, and team stability across the home
- Work closely with senior leadership to sustain and build on current standards
To be considered for the role, you will need:
- Active UK NMC PIN (RGN)
- Proven experience as a Home Manager within a nursing home setting
- Strong clinical governance and compliance experience
- Track record of maintaining or improving CQC ratings
- Confident leadership style with the ability to manage large teams
