You will be responsible for:
- Leading the overall operational management of the home
- Driving high standards of nursing and dementia care
- Strengthening governance, compliance and quality assurance processes
- Leading, mentoring and supporting the staff team
- Creating a positive and supportive culture for residents and staff
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous Home Manager experience within an elderly care service
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
- Experience within nursing and dementia care environments
- A visible, hands-on leadership approach
- The ability to drive quality and maintain high care standards
