Home Manager

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Consulting are working with an established elderly care provider in the search for a Registered Home Manager for a mid-sized nursing home based in Hertfordshire.

This is a well-established service with strong foundations already in place. The focus is on maintaining quality, providing consistent leadership, and continuing to deliver high standards of nursing and dementia care within a stable environment.

We are keen to speak with experienced Nursing Home Managers who can demonstrate strong governance oversight, confident team leadership and a clear track record of maintaining regulatory standards.

You will be responsible for:

• Overall operational and clinical leadership of the service
• Maintaining CQC standards and inspection readiness
• Leading and developing the nursing and care teams
• Overseeing governance, audits and compliance processes
• Managing occupancy, budgets and overall home performance

To be considered, you will need:

• Previous experience managing a nursing home
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance
• A proven track record of stable leadership
• A visible, hands-on and values-led leadership approach
• Nurse qualification desirable but not essential

The role offers £60,000–£65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
