IT Support Technician

As an IT Support Technician at [Employer hidden], you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Internal IT systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support and troubleshooting for both Windows and Apple environments.
  • Manage endpoint support, including expertise in Jamf and Intune.
  • Collaborate with support and engineering teams on large-scale projects to ensure successful implementation.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of maintaining and supporting wiser systems, with the ability to restore them to full functionality.
  • Mentor and train colleagues, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Document work thoroughly and create guides for fellow technicians and customers.
  • Ensure high-quality ticket management and understand the importance of efficient issue tracking.
  • Have experience with automating certain tickets and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Apple operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as Jamf and Intune.
  • Track record of successful collaboration on large-scale IT projects.
  • Strong mentoring and training skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to create guides and manuals.
  • Experience with Jira/Atlassian or similar project management tools.
