Job Description
Due to continued and rapid growth, we’re on the hunt for a Senior Analytics Manager to join us in Treasury, leading the analytics function in our Ledger and Safeguarding teams. The role is located in Shoreditch, London.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a team of 3+ analysts responsible for
- Curating datasets, surfacing metrics, sizing opportunities, and deep dive analysis
- Building and maintaining critical data pipelines and dashboards
- Performing data reconciliations, hunting down and explaining discrepancies, and building controls to automate these
- Liaising with FX, Liquidity and Operations teams to understand how to improve your teams’ processes to achieve lower costs and risks and these areas
You’ll be expected to help stakeholders shape and understand what they want and need, and to help the team shape their work to fit that need
You’ll be hands on with your team, leading by example and demonstrating best practice
Who you are:
- 5+ years experience as an analyst or analytics engineer and 1+ years leading others (can be overlapping)
- Strong analytical ability
- Mathematical background with a solid grounding in statistics
- Advanced SQL
- Python/R
- Able to write clean code, build efficient data pipelines, and coach these behaviours in others
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Demonstration of impact/going above and beyond basic role requirements
Desirable:
- Familiarity with DBT
- Data modelling in a warehouse context
- Experience working in a highly-regulated and audited environment
- Experience working with Financial data and ledgers

Salary: £100,000 - £125,000
