[Employer hidden] Business has historically grown through self-serve and product-led channels. We’re now building a dedicated velocity sales team to help larger businesses discover, adopt, and fully activate on [Employer hidden] for their international payment and banking needs.
We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager, who is passionate about the [Employer hidden] mission – money without borders – to join the Global [Employer hidden] Business team. This is a key role in driving performance by collaborating with commercial leadership, finance, analytics, marketing and other cross-function teams to ensure the execution of our Go-To-Market strategies. This will be a high impact and visibility role in the newly formed Revenue Operations function. The role is based in our London office, but you will also work closely with the [Employer hidden] Business Sales teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and optimizing revenue generation processes across our commercial teams for this high velocity business. You will leverage data, technology, automation, AI and process improvements to enhance our revenue operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. You will be leading Revenue Operations for the newly setup [Employer hidden] Business Sales teams and should be excited about the 0-1 build phase. You must be self-driven, motivated and comfortable with ambiguity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue operations within a high growth (startup or scaleup) B2B SaaS environment that leverages automation, preferably in the fintech space.
Your mission:
- Provide regional insights with the data on sales pipeline, forecasts, highlighting areas for improvement and growth.
- Manage and optimise CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure accurate data completion and hygiene.
- Lead revenue forecasting efforts, working closely with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely pipeline forecasting.
- Provide operational support and guidance for the go-to-market teams to define what good looks like and drive follow-up rituals.
- Continuously monitor and refine sales workflows, territory plans, and other operational processes to maximize revenue performance.
- Work with the GTM Director to coordinate pipeline reviews and report on performance of sales metrics according to our business goals.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify blockers and take the proactive steps to implement solutions for process and productivity improvements.
- Work with the GTM Tooling & Systems team to ensure the processes are implemented and we have the right tech stack to enable efficiency.
