Job Description
We’re looking for a Lead Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to join our LATAM MEA expansion product team, to help drive data-driven decisions that would support building and scaling our [Employer hidden] products across markets in LATAM & MEA.
How you’ll contribute:
Drive KPI Performance:
- You’ll partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to develop KPIs for our expansion markets and monitor the impact of new product features on them.
- Identify and action opportunities to enhance the team's key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and own strategies to continuously improve team metrics.
Analytical Leadership in Product Launches:
- Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches within the team.
- Conduct analysis including forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new product rollouts.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights.
- Build and present compelling data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team.
You’ll make contributions to the wider product goals of the company to achieve our Mission: Money without borders
Development of Data Assets:
- Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid the team in diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts.
- Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively utilised by the team to enhance product and customer insights.

Ideally you'll have:
- At least 6+ years of experience
- Strong analytical mind and product intuition, centered around the banking and financial industry.
- Technical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools
- Experience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, analysts)
- Relevant experience in a data driven and complex environment with limited guidance
- Understanding of events data - Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate data into compelling narratives
- Hustler-mentality. You can take work beyond the analysis and get things done.
Good to have:
- Experience in the Fintech domain
- Knowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT
- Experience with user-facing products and data
